“End-to-end” only helps if the reader can see both ends.
End-to-end has exact meanings in engineering, such as end-to-end encryption. In marketing it usually means “we do everything”, and it leaves the reader to guess where the process starts and stops.

Why it stops working.
Most buyers have heard “end-to-end platform” from vendors whose product covered half the process and integrated with the rest. Without naming the first and last step, the phrase can’t be checked, and it sounds like positioning rather than a description.
The phrase also blurs into its technical meanings. On a page that mentions security, a reader may not know whether end-to-end describes encryption or simply ambition.
