# About Revisi

Source: https://revisi.ai/about/

Revisi is a brand voice and website copy audit tool. It reviews the text published on a website, identifies sentences that feel unclear, generic, off-brand or insufficiently supported, and explains why they need attention.

Reports connect page-level scores to specific wording, helping users decide where to begin editing.

## What Revisi checks

Revisi evaluates copy through five signals.

- **Brand Fit:** Whether the writing reflects the intended brand voice.
- **Audience Fit:** Whether the language suits the intended reader and their needs.
- **Clarity:** Whether the offer, meaning and next step are easy to understand.
- **Human Voice:** Whether the writing sounds natural and distinctive, including where generic phrasing or repetitive patterns weaken it.
- **Credibility:** Whether claims are specific, believable and supported by the information presented.

These signals help users investigate problems such as unclear positioning, vague promises, weak supporting evidence, inconsistent tone and calls to action that leave the next step uncertain. Each finding gives the reader wording to inspect and a reason to consider an edit.

## Who Revisi is for

Revisi is designed for website owners, marketing and content teams, and agencies reviewing client websites. It supports reviews before a launch, during a rebrand, before client handover and after new copy has been published.

Agencies can give each client site its own voice guidance and reference copy, so the review reflects that client’s intended identity and audience.

## The free page diagnostic

The free diagnostic reviews one public webpage from its URL. It requires no account or brand voice guide and returns scores, flagged sentences and explanations. Suggested rewrites and a custom voice profile are not included in the free diagnostic; users can use the findings to make their own editorial changes.

## Working in Revisi

In the Revisi app, users can add site-specific voice guidance and reference copy, review multiple pages within their account’s page allowance, and inspect suggested wording alongside the original text. When no voice guide is available, Revisi can begin with a provisional voice inferred from the page copy, clearly labelled as unconfirmed. Users can review that interpretation and provide their own guidance.

Revisi supports an editorial review process in which people retain the final judgement. Users choose which findings to act on and publish their changes through their own website editor. They can then manually scan the revised page again and compare the result with earlier scans. Previous results remain attached to the copy reviewed at that time.

## You keep the editorial judgement

### Does Revisi change my website?

Revisi does not automatically edit or publish changes to a website. You choose which findings to act on and publish your changes through your own website editor.

### Is Revisi an AI-content detector?

Revisi does not determine whether a person or an AI model wrote the copy. Findings about generic language, repetition or an unnatural tone concern the quality and fit of the writing; they are not proof of its authorship.
